About Hannah

Hannah Theriault is a seasoned Project Manager specializing in commercial construction and owner-representative project management. With approximately nine years of experience in the construction industry, she has developed expertise in managing complex projects from concept through completion, including budget oversight, scheduling, design coordination, procurement, contractor management, and stakeholder communication. Throughout her career, Hannah has been recognized for her ability to build strong client relationships, facilitate collaboration among project teams, and deliver successful outcomes in fast-paced environments. Hannah began her construction career as a Project Engineer with MEDCO Construction after discovering her passion for the industry through a job-shadowing opportunity. She later gained valuable experience with Scott + Reid General Contractors before transitioning into project management roles with CBRE and DFW Project Solutions. Her work has included significant commercial renovation and development projects, including the renovation of Pegasus Park Tower, where she contributed to transforming a former corporate facility into a modern space supporting life science and nonprofit organizations. Her experience on both the general contractor and owner-representative sides has given her a well-rounded perspective on construction execution and client needs. A graduate of Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a minor in Psychology, Hannah combines business strategy with a people-centered approach to leadership. She is passionate about fostering environments built on integrity, trust, and empowerment, while supporting the growth of those around her. Beyond her professional work, Hannah is committed to community service through her involvement with Dallas CASA, advocating for children in the foster care system. She continues to champion opportunities for women in construction and encourages others to pursue their goals with confidence and determination.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Hannah

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my drive, high standards, and commitment to continuous growth. I am also grateful for the mentors and relationships that have believed in me, guided me, and helped create opportunities along the way.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to learn how to say "no" with confidence and professionalism. I’ve learned the importance of speaking up, setting boundaries, and advocating for myself because no one can champion my goals better than I can.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to advocate for yourself and find your voice. Women are conditioned to say yes to everything, and that can quietly push you into the background. Speak up, pursue opportunities with confidence, and don't be afraid to ask for what you want—no one will advocate for your career more than you. Just as importantly, surround yourself with mentors and friends who challenge you, encourage you, and help you become the best version of yourself.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is that it has historically been a male-dominated industry. However, there has been significant progress and growth, creating more opportunities for women to make an impact and advance in commercial real estate and construction.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are integrity and trust. I strive to build strong relationships and create an environment where people feel supported, empowered, and encouraged to be the best version of themselves.
