Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I credit my success to resilience, self-awareness, and embracing life’s nonlinear journey. I’ve been sober for three years, inspired in part by a conversation with a sober coach on my podcast, The Clarity of Chaos. That experience empowered me to support others in overcoming stigma, navigating addiction, and reclaiming their voices.

I began my studies at the American University of Paris, long before I envisioned a career as a sex, intimacy, and sober coach. My work helping clients feel grounded, empowered, and safe in their own bodies comes directly from my own healing process. It also inspired my upcoming book, The Clarity of Chaos (Finishing Line Press, April 2025), a collection of poems exploring recovery, self-discovery, and the rawness of life.

My coaching practice operates entirely online via Zoom, offering a safe, familiar space for clients to explore intimacy, sobriety, and identity. Guided by the belief that education—academic, experiential, or intuitive—shapes how we show up in the world, I help people understand their patterns and desires so they can move forward with confidence and autonomy.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to truly examine your own triggers and do the internal work necessary to feel grounded. Before you can pour into others, it’s essential to ensure you’re “clean inside,” because energy naturally transfers between coach and client. For me, practices like meditation and breathwork—especially before sessions—are vital for staying centered, present, and able to hold space effectively for those I support.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is health marketing—finding the most effective way to reach the people who truly need support. Another is breaking down the stigma surrounding addiction, sobriety, and even intimacy, so that individuals feel safe and comfortable having these important conversations. At the same time, these challenges present opportunities to create meaningful dialogue, foster understanding, and help people access the guidance and healing they deserve.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Radical Self-Honesty
Sobriety taught me that clarity begins with truth. I value the kind of honesty that fosters growth—not harsh judgment, but compassionate awareness that allows us to meet ourselves exactly where we are.

Embodied Empowerment
I believe empowerment is felt in the body, not just thought in the mind. My work helps people reconnect with their physical selves so they can make decisions rooted in their own wisdom rather than fear.

Shame-Free Sexuality
Sexuality deserves space, reverence, and curiosity. I create safe, judgment-free environments where people can explore their desires, boundaries, and identities with confidence.

Recovery as Self-Return
Sobriety is about coming home to yourself. I see recovery as a lifelong practice of clarity, compassion, and truth—not a performance of perfection.

Emotional Literacy
Feelings are information, not inconveniences. I help people process emotions with language and awareness so they can move rather than accumulate.

Creative Expression as Healing
Poetry and art saved parts of me I didn’t know needed saving. I value creativity as a pathway to understanding ourselves without judgment.

Accessibility & Safety
Healing should feel safe, inclusive, and accessible. Through Zoom sessions, flexible communication, and trauma-informed approaches, I prioritize meeting clients exactly where they are.
