About Hannah
Hannah Waldschmidt is a dedicated sales and membership professional with over a dozen years of experience. She began her path studying marine biology and hospitality management in college before transitioning into roles as a health and fitness coordinator and membership director in private club management and construction trade associations. This background led her into the print industry where she now serves clients such as architects, engineers, and contractors. She participates in professional associations including the AIA, Florida Engineering Society, ABC, and HBA. Hannah has been involved with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Panhandle chapter for three and a half years, serving on the board and as walk chair to support suicide prevention and mental health awareness programs. She also volunteers at her church teaching third through fifth grade girls. Her notable achievements include meeting membership goals and receiving national retention awards during her time with a construction association. She advises building relationships over focusing solely on sales and maintaining a thick skin in the profession.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't take yourself too seriously. Have thick skin in sales. Building relationships is more important than the sale. Be open to talking to people.
