I attribute my success to my mother, who has been an inspiring teacher for over 46 years. I also credit my passion for connecting with people and the joy I find in making a positive impact in my community.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Keep learning, remain open to change, and build strong relationships while following your dreams with passion and giving your best in everything you do. Leverage networking to create new opportunities, trusting that doors will open at the right time. While some may close, there is always a meaningful and beautiful path leading you to where you are meant to be.

I value education, community service, and relationship building as durable assets. I prioritize integrity, dedication, and making a meaningful impact in everything I do. I believe real growth comes from intentional self-development, personal growth, and faith that guides my decisions, strengthens my leadership, and shapes how I serve others.
