Rose is a commissioned Notary Public for the State of Texas and a Certified Paralegal, committed to delivering trustworthy and professional legal support services. With 945 hours of formal paralegal training and certification from Texas A&M University, she combines legal precision with client-centered care, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in every document she handles. Her bilingual capabilities in English and working Spanish further enhance her ability to serve a diverse range of clients across Fort Hood, Texas and beyond.

In addition to her legal expertise, Hannah brings a unique creative edge to her professional profile through her background as a freelance graphic designer. Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, she previously supported small businesses and brands through visual design, demonstrating her versatility and entrepreneurial drive. Whether drafting legal documents or designing digital assets, she approaches every project with organization, diligence, and innovation.

Driven by integrity and ongoing growth, Hannah continues to expand her service offerings across notarial work, research, writing, and specialty areas such as family law. With a growing network of over 600 followers and 500+ professional connections, she is quickly establishing herself as a trusted resource in both legal and administrative communities. Her mission is simple: to make legal processes more accessible, professional, and personable—one signature at a time.
As a working mother to a special needs child, a military spouse, and a woman who has faced life’s greatest challenges head-on, she has turned every obstacle into an opportunity to grow, serve, and inspire others.

Her journey began after her formative years in high-school and graphic design program with Navarro Community College and then furthered at 21 with perseverance through a high-risk pregnancy that tested both her strength and her spirit. Even while navigating the physical and emotional toll of postpartum depression, Rose refused to give up on her goals. Instead, she pushed forward—returning to college to further her education and expand her opportunities. Her drive was fueled by the deep love she holds for her family and her belief that no circumstance should define one’s potential.

Balancing the demands of new motherhood, military life, and a professional career, Rose built a meaningful path for herself as a dedicated paralegal and a commissioned notary public. She worked tirelessly to provide for her family while managing the ever-changing challenges of military life—often standing as both anchor and sail for her loved ones through deployments, relocations, and the uncertainties that may come with service life.

Life took another turn in 2024 when Rose was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and other cardiac and neurological conditions that led to permanent disability. Yet even this did not halt her momentum. Where others might have seen defeat, Rose found purpose. She redirected her energy toward nonprofit work, using her legal background and empathy to advocate for families, children, and immigrants in a world that is constantly shifting.

Her favorite motto—“Turning my stumbling blocks into step stones”—perfectly captures the essence of her life’s work. Rose believes in the power of transformation, of rising again no matter how many times life knocks us down. She stands as a proud example of what it means to be a working mother and a military wife in today’s society: strong, adaptable, and endlessly evolving.

Through every hardship, she has continued to shine a light for others—reminding women everywhere that they, too, have the power to reclaim their story. Rose’s journey is a testament to the strength of working mothers, the resilience of military spouses, and the unbreakable spirit of women who choose to keep evolving into their best selves, no matter what comes their way.
