01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Maintain discipline, work diligently, and approach challenges with both determination and intelligence. With perseverance and focus, you can achieve your goals. There will inevitably be setbacks along the way, but what matters most is your ability to learn, recover, and continue moving forward toward your objectives. Throughout that journey, it is equally important to remain kind, respectful, and empathetic to others. At the end of the day, we are all human, and how we treat one another is just as important as the success we achieve.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Our greatest asset is our humanity. Treating others with kindness and empathy should remain at the heart of everything we do, as these values are critical to a strong and respectful workplace culture.
