Her Interview
Ten minutes with Harshitha
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say my hard work and also the smart work that is needed to be done in this generation in this market. So I think that's my major part of success. Never giving up on your priorities and always striving through your hard work because one day it would definitely pay off.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Whatever goals or big dreams you have, start early and never give up. Start early so you can plan and have a roadmap, do your research, and do not give up on your goals.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Biggest challenge is fewer entry-level roles in tech due to brutal job market; new graduates lose opportunities that millennials had. Opportunities include many roles across business, finance, product, data analytics, data engineer, and data scientist sides.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I would say maybe you should have the discipline towards your work. You could not achieve anything if you don't have a proper discipline or a routine with the things that you have so I would say like a minimal respect and discipline towards your work. That would you know take you to your desired goals to reach you at one day. So I would think that both are very important for me.
