Ten minutes with Hayley
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You can and you will. It might not be easy, it may come with a few challenges, but you can do it, and you will succeed. Be stronger, faster, smarter.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I'm pretty open. If I think it, you're going to know. There's a right way to do things. And sometimes the right way is the hard way. Stay true to yourself. Don't change for anyone or anything, don't compromise yourself. Be open, be honest. Lead with integrity. Have a support system. It takes a village.
