Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to authenticity, a grounded sense of reasonableness, and a commitment to seeking understanding before action. I also credit my ability to remain both strategic in my thinking and hands-on in my execution, adapting as needed while staying focused on meaningful outcomes.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was to begin my career at an advertising agency to build strong client-service skills, move quickly across projects and industries, and learn to wear many hats. I took that advice early on at 22squared, where it helped shape my adaptability, broaden my experience, and strengthen my foundation for long-term growth.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field right now include the rapid rise of AI and the pace of market change, both of which are reshaping how work is done and requiring constant adaptation. There are also ongoing complexities in enterprise change management within large organizations, particularly around alignment, adoption, and execution at scale. At the same time, there are significant opportunities in women’s healthcare and adjacent sectors, where personal experience is increasingly informing innovation and driving the development of more accessible, personalized, and impactful solutions.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are authenticity, taking the time to understand others first, and maintaining a sense of reasonableness in how I approach decisions and challenges. I also place strong importance on being willing to do the hands-on work required to turn ideas into results and ensure meaningful, practical outcomes.
