I attribute my success to my drive to keep pushing forward and my commitment to creating positive change. I focus on preventing burnout by building strong processes, documenting knowledge, and sharing best practices because I believe shared knowledge leads to stronger teams.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to have an open mind and be patient. Be willing to research, continuously learn, and understand the processes of the organizations you work with. In this field, processes can change quickly, so adaptability and a willingness to embrace change are essential.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field right now are burnout, difficulty communicating with insurance companies, and navigating constantly changing processes. Getting timely responses and reliable points of contact can be challenging, making it harder to move things forward efficiently. Additionally, the industry has become highly competitive and oversaturated, creating a need for adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me are honesty and transparency. I believe being open and truthful builds trust, even when the answers may not always be what others want to hear. Maintaining transparency and integrity is essential in both my work and personal life.
