Heather Kidder is an accomplished legal and business operations professional with over 15 years of experience across the legal, medical, and business sectors. She has developed a comprehensive skill set that includes managing complex workers’ compensation claims, supporting personal injury cases, and overseeing office operations with efficiency and precision. Throughout her career, Heather has demonstrated excellence in client advocacy, team leadership, strategic hiring, and operational management, consistently delivering results that strengthen organizational performance. Her expertise also extends to marketing, event coordination, and operational strategy, enhancing both organizational visibility and community engagement.
Heather’s studies include a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an A.S. in Computer Animation from the International Academy of Design and Technology, where she developed proficiency in industry-standard software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Maya. She also holds a certification in HTML from the New Horizons Institute of Technology, reflecting her strong foundation in both business and technical disciplines that inform her consulting and operational work.
Building on her extensive experience as a freelance paralegal and consultant, Heather is launching Kidder Legal Coaching and Consulting, a firm focused on workers’ compensation training and operations consulting for law firms. She is currently working with Aaron Popner from The Entrepreneur Source to finalize her business strategy, with a full launch scheduled for next year. I would advise young women entering this industry to be proactive, continuously seek opportunities to learn, and take initiative in managing their cases. By embracing curiosity, staying engaged, and confidently stepping into responsibilities, they can build both expertise and credibility, setting a strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling career.
