About Heather

I am a medical device and eyecare industry professional with over twenty years of experience spanning optical management, clinical practice administration, business development, and account management. I currently serve as Key Accounts Executive at Neurolens, a role I have held since June 2025, where I manage strategic key accounts, drive business growth, and support practice success through training, implementation, and ongoing partnership.

Prior to this role, I served as Senior Territory Accounts Manager and Territory Account Manager at Neurolens, where I supported eyecare practices in implementing and growing the Neurolens platform, developed tools and training for initial implementation, analyzed and troubleshooted problems, and provided effective solutions in a timely fashion. I also served as National Clinical Outcomes Manager, where I ensured practice success and sustainment through training and continuing partnerships, and as Neurolens Clinical Advisor, where I spoke on behalf of the company to explain best practices and help offices overcome obstacles.

Before joining Neurolens, I served as Director of Business at Northwest Vision Institute, where I managed daily operations, business overview and growth, analytics and KPIs. I also served as a Vision Source Facilitator, where I helped like-minded offices grow and develop while utilizing the very best that Vision Source has to offer. I served as Practice Administrator at DAU FAMILY EYE CARE, PLLC, where I managed day-to-day practice operations, developed staff and department leads, analyzed KPIs, managed office funds, implemented new innovative technology, and served as a clinical studies coordinator for myopia control.

Earlier in my career, I served as Practice Administrator at EYES FOR LIFE, where I started as a technician, quickly moved into the optical manager role, developed skills in practice management, became practice administrator, and honed in on analyzing analytics and creating best practices for the growth of the office.

Across my career in the eyecare and medical device industry, my work has been driven by a commitment to helping practices grow, improving patient outcomes, and building strong partnerships with eyecare professionals. Whether I am managing a practice, implementing new technology, or training offices on innovative solutions, I bring strategic thinking, a data-driven approach, and a dedication to excellence that helps practices thrive and patients receive the best possible care. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had and excited to continue making an impact in the eyecare industry.
