Heather Medley

Heather Medley is a Mechanical Maintenance Planner at Topsoe, a catalyst plant in the chemical process industry. She has been in the chemical field for about one year and eight months. Heather joined Topsoe as Senior Administrative Assistant to the plant manager after working for three years as an Administrative Associate in the Aerospace Medicine Division at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Her interest in mechanical engineering led her to transition within Topsoe to the mechanical maintenance planning role, drawing on her prior planning experience from aerospace. She is currently enrolled in an associate degree program in engineering, with an expected completion in 2028, and participates in maintenance planning communities on LinkedIn. Heather is also involved in community efforts, including donations and time with the Tulip Project in Pasadena, a housing facility for families with children facing severe illnesses.
