Heather Parker, RBSM, is a visionary operations leader with more than a decade of experience driving excellence, innovation, and growth across the facility services and multifamily housing industries. As Vice President of Multi-Family Operations at CleanOffice/PorterPlus, she oversees large-scale operations, client relations, and strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen partnerships, and elevate service quality. Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration, mentorship, and a deep commitment to operational excellence — qualities that have earned her recognition as both a respected executive and a trusted industry voice.

Before assuming her current role, Heather served in multiple leadership capacities at CleanOffice, advancing through roles in client relations and operations while shaping the company’s reputation for reliability and innovation. She is also an active contributor to the industry community, serving on boards and committees including the ISSA Hygieia Network, the Apartment and Office Building Association, and the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), where she previously held chapter president and vice president roles.

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating the uncertainty and operational impact caused by government shutdowns.
