Heather Patrick

Heather Patrick serves as Senior Advisor of Market and Strategy Partnerships for the U.S. at Vibely, a startup company originating from Local Peoples in Australia and Singapore. Vibely develops curated in-room dining menus for hotels featuring local restaurant partners within a three-mile radius, creating revenue-sharing opportunities that benefit both hotels and independent eateries. Based in Los Angeles, California, Patrick brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience that began in 1996 at a hotel front desk. She advanced from property-level roles to corporate positions, including work with Best Western Worldwide Sales covering North America and nearly 11 years as Area Director for Choice Hotels International across markets from Alaska to Arizona, with her final six years focused solely on Southern California. During that tenure her region recorded the highest year-over-year growth in the country across market share, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics. Patrick holds seven hospitality certifications, among them Certified Revenue Manager, Certified Sales Professional, Certified Trainer, and Certified in STAR Analytics. She attended the University of Anchorage in Alaska. Her professional affiliations include AHOLA, Young Women of Southern California, CHLA, HSMAI, Toastmasters, Women's Business Alliance, and SEED, where she also volunteers along with the Salvation Army.
