Her department supports county jails, Department of Corrections facilities, home confinement programs, and approximately 50,000 patients across the company’s national footprint. Heather’s department emphasizes provider contract negotiation, operational scheduling, and the execution of technology-driven special projects. Known for her perfectionism and commitment to excellence, Heather approaches her work with a focus on professional relationships, dignity, and respect. What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being a perfectionist and holding myself to higher standards than might typically be expected. This mindset not only drives my personal growth but also encourages higher expectations and performance from those around me.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

End of day its business - Two pieces of advice influenced her: be the "squeaky wheel" when something needs to be done (persistence pays off) and remember that you don't have to have personal relationships everyone — handle workplace relationships as business and treat people with dignity and respect.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life, maintaining high personal standards, and a strong commitment to family. I also prioritize advocacy for mental health and support for autism education. Outside of work, I enjoy running my jewelry business and spending time with my family on our boat at the lake.
