Heather Riegler

Heather Riegler serves as Senior Commercial Manager for Sales Innovation at P&G, a position she has held after 6 years in the CPG industry. In this role, she focuses primarily on digital commerce by collaborating with retailer partners at an enterprise level across the US and Canada to build joint business plans that drive category growth through content, search, media, and site experience. She also acts as a strategist for retailer meetings and owns several enterprise capabilities, including tools for tracking retail innovation insights and activating AI assistance. Riegler holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto with a focus in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Business. Her career path began with an IT internship at P&G that led to sales roles involving account management and digital commerce capability building in Canada before her move to Cincinnati. She has received the Upskilling Continually award for her digital work and recognition for creating wellness challenges that promote physical, mental, and financial well-being, which she has implemented in both Canadian and US organizations. Outside her professional responsibilities, Riegler maintains certifications as an indoor rowing coach, mat Pilates instructor, and springboard practitioner, reflecting her commitment to fitness and well-being.
