Her Story

About Heather

Heather Simco is an entrepreneur, concierge life and transformation coach, speaker, and founder of Complete Concierge Solutions, Inc. With more than two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, business administration, and coaching, she specializes in helping women entrepreneurs move from burnout and overwhelm toward greater balance, wellness, structure, and personal freedom. She is also the founder of Balanced Boss Babes, a coaching platform designed to help successful women create businesses and lifestyles that support rather than consume them.

Heather’s entrepreneurial career began in the martial arts industry, where she founded and operated New York Martial Arts Gym for nearly 15 years. She expanded the business to multiple locations, developed youth martial arts programs, managed teams and operations, and worked with professional MMA athletes. Her career has also included executive business management, church administration, human resources, financial operations, and customer service. Her personal journey through significant challenges and recovery ultimately shaped her passion for helping other women navigate transformation, sobriety, burnout, and major life transitions.

Today, Heather combines her entrepreneurial experience with life, wellness, and business coaching to help women build healthier and more sustainable lives. Her 90-day coaching approach focuses on foundational areas such as sleep, nutrition, boundaries, wellness, and business structure, with the goal of creating lasting change rather than temporary fixes. She holds a master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Western Connecticut State University and is a SmartCoach-certified professional. A former Mrs. New York and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt, Heather brings resilience, discipline, compassion, and a results-oriented mindset to her work, empowering women to enjoy the freedom they worked so hard to create.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Heather

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my determination and resilience. I’m goal-oriented and persistent, and I don’t give up easily. I’m also grateful for my husband, who has always been my biggest supporter and encourages me to be the best version of myself.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to do what you love. When your passion and purpose align with your work, it never truly feels like work, and being able to earn a living from what you’re passionate about is incredibly rewarding.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to pace yourself and remember that success takes time. Build a strong, supportive team and be selective about who you allow into your inner circle. Quality always matters more than quantity.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is addiction. Personally, my greatest challenge has been overcoming my own limitations and continuously striving for improvement, particularly when it comes to mental health and personal growth.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are boundaries, hard work, commitment, and loyalty. My Christian faith also guides me, especially in showing compassion and loving people even when they are struggling or broken.
