Heather Thompson

She is a hospice, palliative care, quality, and patient experience leader with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, client relations, and data quality. She currently serves as National Director of Quality & Patient Experience for Hospice & Palliative Care at LHC Group. Her background reflects strong expertise in patient-centered care, quality oversight, and healthcare service improvement. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington.
