About Heather
Heather Wolfenbarger is the Product SME at LawPro.ai, where she has worked for a little over a year. She transitioned into this position from her previous role as a paralegal, bringing her hands-on legal experience to help develop and refine the company's technology platform. In her current role, Heather tests new features and product flags, reviews actual cases from law firms to confirm accuracy, and collaborates regularly with paralegals to identify needs and improve tools. Before entering the legal profession, she worked in bartending and restaurant management following high school and into her college years, eventually burning out and seeking a change. She took a significant pay cut to start as a specialist at a law firm, where she was quickly promoted to legal assistant and then paralegal due to her passion and dedication to the work. Heather values strong work-life balance and finds fulfillment in her current position helping other paralegals through better technology.
