About Heer
She is an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and behavioral health. She currently works as a Senior Behavior Analyst and also contributes to fundraising at the B. F. Skinner Foundation. Her experience includes developing and supporting behavior programs, supervising teams, and providing behavior-focused services. She holds a BS in Behavioral Aspects of Health from Drexel University and an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from Regis College.
