About Heidi
I started off really at the bottom as an admin for a manufacturing company. As I learned the business, a mentor gave me the task to identify points of contention in the supply chain and transportation. That opened up a whole world of unknowns and interests for me. I grew into freight forwarding and project management roles. Now at B B GLOBAL AIR I manage the entire operations team, warehousing team, and fleet team. Every day is chaotic with shipments, airline delays, 3PL fulfillment, analyzing data, and helping with RFPs.
