I attribute my success to perseverance, continuous learning, and a genuine passion for creating inclusive, people-centered workplaces, along with the support of mentors and hands-on experiences that allowed me to grow from an intern into a specialist while balancing work, education, and family.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is from my husband, George, who has always encouraged me to push further in every aspect of my career and life, serving as both a partner and an inspiration.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to network actively and confidently, putting themselves out there, because strong professional relationships are just as valuable as experience and education.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, perseverance, and creating a supportive environment for others. I strive to lead by example, give back to the community, and empower those around me while balancing career and family.
