Heidi Sauceda is a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Moxa with a passion for building workplaces where people feel supported, engaged, and empowered. With a strong academic foundation in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University–Pomona, Heidi’s career at Moxa began as an intern and grew into a specialist role through dedication, curiosity, and a people-first mindset. In her work, she focuses on employee engagement, onboarding, talent acquisition, reward and recognition, and overall employee wellbeing, helping the organization attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Throughout her six-plus years at Moxa, Heidi has become a trusted partner to leaders and employees alike, known for her ability to blend HR policy expertise with empathy and practical experience. She is deeply committed to fostering a positive, efficient, and inclusive work environment, and she actively stays engaged in conversations around employee wellness, leadership development, and organizational culture.
