Helen Baillie-Senger is an accomplished wine professional and dynamic leader currently serving as Key Account Manager at Total Wine Spirits, Beer & More. With a unique career journey that spans healthcare, education, and the wine and spirits industry, Helen brings both depth and versatility to her role. She has developed a strong reputation for team leadership, bilingual communication, and customer engagement, pairing her industry expertise with a people-first approach.
Helen’s career in wine began with leadership roles at Lukas Wine & Spirits Superstore, where she served as Assistant General Manager of Operations & Wine Director, and later with Veritas Wine Selections as an Account Manager. She went on to expand her knowledge as a Sommelier at Bubbles Wines & Spirits, before stepping into management at Total Wine & More. Her proven ability to combine product knowledge with operational excellence has made her a trusted leader and mentor within the field.
Her academic foundation includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Science from Johnson County Community College and a degree in Theology from Venezuela, where she also spent a decade doing missions work across South America, Los Angeles, and The Woodlands. This experience shaped her values of service, resilience, and cross-cultural connection, which continue to influence her professional path.
Today, Helen is known not only for her expertise in wine and management, but also for her enthusiasm, vision, and commitment to creating meaningful experiences for colleagues and customers alike. To make sure women stories are heard out there and how women can work hard and should be seen more for there hard work
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Loves her to dogs along with 13 old daughter and her husband loves wine starting her own podcast helps when she can with Oldtimers foundation and homeless for non profits
