She currently serves as Executive Director at Pacira BioSciences, Inc., a role she has held for one year, where she oversees field-based Thought Leader Liaison teams, develops and executes KOL engagement plans, and drives strategic initiatives across all stages of the product lifecycle. Outside of work, Helen enjoys scuba diving, skiing, and horseback riding, owning and training two horses as well as her dogs. What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always act with integrity. Your reputation is one of your most valuable assets, and how you show up especially in challenging moments will define your career. Lead with honesty, accountability, and respect, and never compromise your values for short-term gain. Integrity builds trust, earns credibility, and creates opportunities that endure over time.
