I am naturally drawn to fact-based problem solving—breaking down ambiguity, asking the right questions, and building structured, scalable solutions that create clarity and impact.

Currently, I serve as a Director of Product Delivery in the fintech space, where I lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, performance measurement, and cross-functional alignment.

My background spans both product management and product delivery. As a Product Manager within a marketing technology platform environment, I worked closely with design and engineering teams to improve the product experience, modernize interfaces, and drive stronger user engagement. I later transitioned into product delivery to focus more deeply on bridging the gap between product innovation and real-world client success—designing scalable operating models, improving implementation frameworks, and creating feedback loops that connect client insights directly back to product development.

Beyond the work itself, I care deeply about how I lead and the impact I have on others. I believe in creating environments where people feel empowered to speak up, challenge ideas, and grow. I am especially passionate about lifting other women up—sharing knowledge, advocating for opportunities, and helping others build confidence in their capabilities and voice.
