Hether Crom

Heather Crom serves as a Territory Sales Manager specializing in field sales of outdoor power equipment. She has been with Echo Incorporated since 2022, managing sales of chainsaws, blowers, and string trimmers to approximately 90 to 100 dealers throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Crom entered the lawn and garden industry in 2015 following a decade managing a cell phone store with a team of seven. At Briggs and Stratton, she began in sales administration supporting the turf and consumer segments for the southeast region, handling order management, logistics, and dealer support. She later advanced to an outside sales role covering Chicagoland, Bloomington Illinois, and Kalamazoo Michigan, overseeing 50 to 60 dealers and a seven million dollar territory while achieving over 100 percent of sales goals in her first two years. Crom holds a high school diploma.
