About Hether
Hether Flanigan is a broker and agency owner based in Austin, Texas. She has been in the insurance and financial services business since 2007. After working as a sales trainer in the Medicare space, she founded her own agency in June 2024 through a contract with the Broker Group. Her focus is on helping people protect and grow their income using fixed indexed universal life, fixed index annuities, long-term care plans, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Advantage plans. She graduated from Episcopal High School and attended the University of Houston for two years. Flanigan attributes her success to always being genuine, honest, and doing what she says she will do. She values integrity, trust, loyalty, authenticity, and serving others with love.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to always being genuine, always being honest, doing what I say I'm gonna do.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges are finding enough people to help. Lead generation and prospecting are the biggest challenges.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, trust, loyalty, being authentic, doing everything with love, leaving people in a better position than you found them, doing everything for Jesus to serve.
