Hibo Dirir

Hibo Dirir serves as an Investment Analyst in the finance industry, where she has worked for just over a year since finishing her education in May 2025. In this role, she handles asset allocation, asset manager research, and analyzes processes across investment strategies, including evaluating investment processes, portfolio construction, and overall portfolio performance to inform manager selection and monitoring. She earned her Bachelor's in Finance and completed an accelerated master's program to receive her MBA in Finance. Prior to her current position, she attained insurance licenses in Connecticut and New York and worked in a financial advising role helping clients with insurance and investment needs. Growing up as the youngest of eight siblings with immigrant parents, Dirir draws inspiration from her family's pursuit of higher education and diverse backgrounds, fueling her passion for bringing greater diversity to the finance industry and serving as a role model for younger women.
