01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Never give up. It's not easy, especially now after my accident. I never gave up.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Learn from people who are succeeding. Don't give up when stuff happens. Think with your brain instead of heart. Be strong and independent, don't depend on other people.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In claims, being a woman doesn't really help because you're in a man's world. In real estate and mortgage, find the right lender and deal with competition but clients come to you if they know you. Being multiple licensed helps diversify work.
