Her Interview

Ten minutes with Hillary

01What do you attribute your success to?

Looking back, I think my success comes from a mix of curiosity, persistence, and creativity. I’ve always been someone who likes to figure things out and learn new skills, especially when there isn’t a clear roadmap. I also care deeply about the impact of my work—whether it’s helping people, telling meaningful stories, or supporting causes I believe in. That combination has guided most of the choices I’ve made.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The obvious - Don't give up. If you fail at something, get back up and keep trying. And always, follow your passion.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be a service leader; get some sleep, take care of yourself.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The changing tech landscape is always a challenge. It moves at lightning speed. At the moment, it's AI.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

How you treat others - be kind, be generous and be grateful - those are the only things you'll remember when it's all said and done.
