My advice to young women entering this industry is to be confident and know that you belong. Own your space, take your seat at the table, claim your successes, and give yourself grace along the way.

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field is helping people understand not just what they do, but why it matters. When individuals grasp the purpose behind their work, it drives engagement, motivation, and meaningful impact.
