Holley Kiker is a personal trainer and fitness instructor based in Austin, Texas, specializing in strength training, movement quality, and longevity-focused coaching. With a background in exercise science from The University of Texas at Austin, she initially planned to pursue a career in physical therapy and was even accepted into physical therapy school. However, a pivotal internship in the fitness industry shifted her path, where she discovered a deep passion for working directly with clients and helping them build strength, confidence, and sustainable health habits. Since then, she has dedicated her career to creating impactful, personalized fitness experiences.
In her current role, Holley leads a dynamic and multifaceted schedule, teaching group classes such as boot camps and high-intensity strength sessions, while also working one-on-one with clients to design and implement tailored workout programs. Her approach blends evidence-based training principles with a strong emphasis on connection, ensuring that each client feels supported and empowered in their fitness journey. Beyond coaching, she also manages social media for her workplace, further demonstrating her versatility and ability to engage and inspire both in person and online.
Before entering the fitness industry, Holley gained valuable interpersonal and client-focused experience as a bridal consultant, helping women navigate meaningful life moments with confidence and care. That foundation, combined with her early experience in retail, shaped her ability to build trust and meaningful relationships—skills that now define her coaching style. With a passion for helping others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives, Holley continues to grow in her field, driven by purpose, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of those she serves.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I grew up with what's called Legg-Calve-Perthes disease, and I had no mobilization of my hips. Walking, much less playing any sort of sports, was very difficult when I was younger. But by the grace of God, I was able to heal from that a little bit later as an adolescent, and I just fell in love with being able to move. I wanted to help people do it as well as possible and for as long as possible, so I would say everything just developed from that. My most notable professional achievement is finding what my biggest passion is. For so long, I had no idea what I wanted to do or if the career path I was planning on was even right. Once I entered the fitness world, it just felt so aligned with who I am, and I'm just so happy that that is what I found.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Do what you love and you never work a day in your life. I mean, sometimes I think we all, even if we're doing what we love, sometimes it's hard to wake up in the mornings and go, oh, I gotta go to work. But you know, when you're there, similar to exercising, the hardest part is just getting there, and then once you're there, you're like, wait, this is why I do this, I love what I do.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I'm super involved in my faith. I am a Christian, and I do a lot of service and philanthropy in Austin, Texas, through my church and anything partnering with Christian organizations. I have a miniature weenie dog, and she steals a lot of my attention. We love going for walks in the dog parks, and I enter her in races, so she does the weenie dog races. That's the majority of my time. I view any sort of open door as an opportunity, and you never know what could come from it. I've been in the adult world just a few years, but I've watched how whenever you take unexpected opportunities, amazing things come from it.
