I attribute my success to my determination and self-motivation. I consistently push myself forward, remain eager to learn new things, and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth. I am also driven by a strong desire to make a meaningful difference in everything I do.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to not be intimidated by others. I’ve learned to stand tall and be confident in my abilities, know my worth, and advocate for myself. I also remind myself not to get discouraged, but instead to learn from my mistakes and use them as opportunities for growth.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to focus on working hard, achieving your goals, and then allowing yourself to dream even bigger by setting new, realistic goals along the way. Be a strong team player, go the extra mile for others, and consistently look for ways to make a positive difference in your work and community.

The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field right now is expanding the ability to support more businesses with their technical consulting needs while also providing reliable legal support. As organizations continue to grow and evolve, there is an increasing demand for integrated, efficient solutions that address both operational and legal complexities.
