About Holly
I am a Sales Operations Manager for Jacobs Solutions, which is a role that is focused on proposal management. I lead the development and execution of proposals for client pursuits across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
I have been with Jacobs for about eight years, which represents the majority of my professional career. My path started in architecture, which was my original inspiration. I like to say that I was born into this industry, with much of my family working in the built environment including my Dad as a home builder.
I was is printed to pursue architecture at a young age. While studying architecture at UMD, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to intern with Architect of the Capitol on the construction management side of the industry. I was recruited by Jacobs to come on to them team full-time upon college graduation. I spent the first three and a half years in a hands-on, field-based role, gaining practical experience that now directly informs the work I pursue and help win today.
One of my most meaningful professional achievements was helping recapture a long-standing client relationship—one our firm had maintained for over 30 years before losing the contract. I am proud to have been a part of the team that recaptured this important client.
