Holly Kristel Bartido, PMP, is a passionate innovator and leader in New Product Development with over 18 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods and Cosmetics industry. She brings expertise in front-end innovation, design thinking, project management, and strategic portfolio management, with a strong focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Holly is PMP, Agile CSM, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and she leverages her technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders, drive results, and deliver transformational innovations across diverse markets.

Throughout her career, Holly has excelled at leading cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to manage complex innovation pipelines and bring ideas from concept to commercialization. She takes pride in fostering collaboration, transparency, empathy, and trust, while guiding teams to identify risks, implement contingency plans, and ensure successful project outcomes. Currently at L’Oréal, Holly leads creative engineering teams to deliver innovative products for iconic brands such as Maybelline, IT Cosmetics, NYX, Urban Decay, and Essie. She is deeply committed to inspiring the next generation of leaders, particularly women in STEM, and frequently participates in initiatives that promote mentorship, employee growth, and collaborative innovation.
