Holly Rae Felicetta

I am an entrepreneurial leader and operating executive with deep expertise in building ventures, scaling products, and creating customer-centric solutions, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Wild Roman, a role I have held since September 2025, where I lead the creation of experiences, products, and services that create positive ripple effects in the lives of people and organizations. I also serve as GM and Chief Operating Officer at The Inflection, a role I have held since March 2024, where I continue to build and scale ventures, and as President and Co-Founder of ProDev X, a role I have held since January 2024, where I provide fractional and advisory services at the intersection of ambition and purpose.

Prior to these roles, I spent over three years at Bain and Company in progressively responsible roles, including Global Director of New Ventures for two years, where I served as a global product leader with P&L ownership within Bain's New Venture Business Unit, launched and served as GM of Kinetics AI, Bain's predictive customer analytics platform, developed ML ops and model management governance processes, launched and served as GM of Bain's CX Training and Certification product, Bain's first DTC subscription product and B2B CX transformation training, hired and managed cross-functional teams, and established and hosted Bain's inaugural Women in Leadership summit. I also served as Senior Manager of New Ventures for over a year, where I led commercial strategy for NPS Prism's Utility and Telco practices.

I am also a Founding Member of SHATTR, a role I held from June 2024 to June 2025.

Across my career in venture building, product leadership, and commercial strategy, my work has been driven by a commitment to building businesses and products that create meaningful value and positive impact, bridging ambition with purpose. Whether I am launching new ventures, scaling products, or leading commercial strategy, I bring a strategic, innovative, and people-centered approach that has earned recognition and trust from colleagues, clients, and partners. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue building ventures and creating lasting impact through Wild Roman, The Inflection, and ProDev X.
