About Holly
Holly Fiorello is the Founder of her own marketing practice focused on the self-storage sector of commercial real estate. She left her corporate role in August to launch the business, drawing on 20 years in marketing and 15 years in SaaS and self-storage to serve vendors and operators. Fiorello previously built the company CallPotential and takes pride in that achievement as well as betting on herself by starting her own venture. She began her career with a marketing agency serving the niche, grew her responsibilities, and has spoken at events while attending well over 100 trade shows. She holds a bachelor's from South Florida and is pursuing an MBA with the University of South Dakota. Fiorello is HubSpot certified and holds two Claude AI certificates. She serves as president in 2027 of the Pennsylvania Self Storage Association and on the board of the Florida Self Storage Association, and she coaches for the North Bethlehem Little League while supporting dog rescues.
