About Holly
Holly Mabery has served in the real estate industry since 1998. She is the Chief Brokerage Officer for eXp Realty and Commercial, a role she assumed in November 2025 after joining the company in 2018 and advancing through positions such as state broker for Arizona, regional manager, operations manager, director, vice president, and senior vice president of brokerage operations. In her current position, she oversees leadership alignment, agent protection, training, and the scaling of tools and best practices across all 50 states and DC. Mabery also serves as president of the Real Estate Business Institute, focusing on education and training for real estate professionals globally. Her achievements include receiving the Distinguished Service Award and Instructor of the Year from the Arizona Association of Realtors, as well as Realtor of the Year for Arizona and Sedona Verde Valley, and designated broker of the year for eXp Realty in 2019. Outside of her professional roles, she and her family founded a Volkswagen club that organizes monthly events to raise funds for community initiatives such as providing bikes to children and trail building in local state parks.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You know more than you will ever give yourself credit for. So, step into the fear and do it anyway. Because you're never going to be ready. Like, as women, we tend to wait until we are 100% ready, and that just doesn't exist, especially as a business owner. And when you are invited, say yes. The doors that have opened because I put myself in the room, even when I didn't know or I was incredibly uncomfortable, I would not be in the position I'm at today had I not said yes early in my career, and I just showed up. And I kept asking questions.
