About Holly
I've been working in marketing for about 10 years, starting in sports and entertainment sponsorships for the first 5 years, including time with the New England Patriots managing accounts like Southern New Hampshire University where we built technology labs for underserved schools. The last 5 years have been in the health tech startup space, first at Modern Animal and now at Alma where I started as the first field marketing hire, handling B2B marketing to therapists through conferences, webinars, events, and building provider partnerships and referrals. I love building programs from the ground up and creating meaningful experiences that provide value.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I think the two things that I think about are community and curiosity of just really open to meeting people and getting to know them as humans and carrying those relationships throughout your career. And then also just being curious and saying this might not be where I thought I'd end up, learn something new, take on a different challenge, being curious and growth mindset oriented.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My biggest piece of advice would be to kind of try as much as you can to figure out what lights you up. I did a lot of internships in college, and in my different roles have always been the first one to raise my hand as a new initiative or different cross-functional partners, and just really being willing to throw yourself in there and get a lot of experience and a lot of different things, and then once you find a thing you're drawn to, you can really pursue that full force.
