About Hope
Hope Collishaw is a Senior Account Manager at Insight Global, where she partners with organizations to deliver strategic staffing, consulting, and AI-enabled workforce solutions that help businesses achieve sustainable growth. Since joining the company shortly after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in Communications in 2018, she has progressed through numerous leadership roles including Recruiter, Account Manager, Professional Recruiter, Lead Recruiter, and Recruiting Manager before returning to a client-facing position. With more than eight years of industry experience, she works with organizations ranging from growing businesses to Fortune 500 companies, helping them solve workforce challenges through talent, technology, and professional services. Prior to her current role, Hope spent more than three years leading recruiting operations across the Cincinnati and Louisville markets, where she focused on coaching recruiters, strengthening recruiting execution, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. She considers one of her greatest professional accomplishments to be the team she built during her time in management. Throughout her career, she has earned recognition for her leadership and commitment to excellence, including nominations for Insight Global's Be the Light Award and prestigious President's Award. She credits mentors such as Lindsey Garrett and Katie Eagle for their guidance and influence on her leadership journey. Hope attributes her success to strong character, hard work, perseverance, and the unwavering support of her husband, family, mentors, and colleagues. She believes effective leadership is built on loyalty, transparency, trust, accountability, and genuine care for people while maintaining high standards and fostering an enjoyable workplace culture. Outside of her professional career, she actively supports her church and Bethany House, enjoys tennis, spending time with her family, and co-creating a children's book series, Huskeroonies, inspired by her family's huskies, Aluna and Blue. She is passionate about helping organizations embrace AI responsibly while ensuring that human relationships remain at the center of every business solution.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to maintaining strong character, working hard with grit and perseverance, and relying on the support of my husband, family, colleagues, and mentors. Their encouragement has helped me continue growing both personally and professionally.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
One of the best pieces of career advice I have received is to have confidence in the belief that others have in me rather than overthinking the need to be perfect. Trusting that confidence has allowed me to pursue opportunities, continue learning, and grow into new leadership roles.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have confidence in who you are and don't feel like you need every skill before getting started. Be willing to invest the time to learn, embrace continuous growth, and step outside of your comfort zone because those challenging experiences often lead to the greatest professional development.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I believe artificial intelligence represents both the biggest challenge and the greatest opportunity in our industry. Success will come from learning how to leverage AI to improve internal operations and better serve clients while ensuring that technology enhances rather than replaces the human relationships that remain at the heart of staffing and professional services.
