Hope Council

Hope Council is a dedicated and experienced professional based in Rincon, Georgia, currently serving as Assistant Guest Service Department Manager at McDonald's. With over two decades of experience in the restaurant industry, Hope has developed expertise in customer service, coaching, problem-solving, and team management.

Hope began their career at McDonald's in 2003 and has steadily advanced through various roles, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience. In addition, Hope briefly gained experience in retail as a Cashier at Pier 1 Imports in 2014.

Pursuing a Bachelor of Business of Science Administration (BBA) in Business of Science Administration and Management at Colorado Technical University, Hope combines practical industry experience with a strong academic foundation, maintaining a 3.93 GPA. Beyond professional accomplishments, Hope is actively involved in the community as a trustee board member at Tabernacle of Faith Church.
