Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the inspiration I gained during a trip to Washington, D.C., with FDC, where I was involved in efforts addressing antisemitism. That experience sparked my passion and motivated me to excel in my field. I actively participate in conferences, manage vendor relations, ensure invoices are accurately handled, support government affairs initiatives, and maintain clean and organized data. I am pursuing a Finance degree at Florida State University (2024) and hold a Financial Certification from FSU. Additionally, I serve as Hospitality Chair for Relay for Life at FSU and volunteer with the Children’s Cancer Center, combining my professional drive with a commitment to giving back to the community.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my mentor and past boss, Noreen Senor, Campaign Treasurer in Florida, who guided me through my career while fostering a supportive, family-style relationship that we’ve maintained over the years. I’ve also been inspired by my current boss, Tiffany King, a strong and empowering leader whose example motivates me to strive for excellence and lead with confidence.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be authentic and true to yourself. Every person you meet is important, and you never know when your paths may cross again. Treat everyone with respect and never look down on anyone, as every connection has value and can shape your journey.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, community, and service. I am proud to have been recognized as Jewish Student of the Year at Florida State University and to have received the Robert Brandewie Student Life Award. I value staying active and clearing my mind through sports like basketball, nurturing meaningful relationships with my social circle and chosen family, spending time outdoors, helping others, mentoring students, and exploring new places through travel. These experiences and connections guide how I approach both my career and personal life.
