Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the inspiration I gained during a trip to Washington, D.C., with FSU for ACC Days at the U.S. Capitol, where I was involved in efforts addressing antisemitism on college campuses and NIL for student athletes. That experience sparked my passion for advocacy and motivated me to excel in my field.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from Noreen Fenner and Tiffany King, who guide me through my early career while fostering a supportive relationship. They are both strong and empowering female leaders whose example motivates me to strive for excellence and lead with confidence.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be authentic and true to yourself. Every person you meet is important, and you never know when your paths may cross again. Treat everyone with respect and never look down on anyone, as every connection has value and can shape your journey.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, community, and service. I value staying active and clearing my mind through sports like basketball, nurturing meaningful relationships with my social circle, spending time outdoors, helping others, mentoring, and exploring new places through travel. These experiences and connections guide how I approach both my career and personal life.
