Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to staying focused on my own path and remaining true to myself. I don’t let the noise or doubts of others define my worth or capabilities; instead, I use any skepticism or criticism as motivation to grow and reach higher.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

If you take ownership of your work and do the right thing every time, even when no one is watching, you’ll never have to look over your shoulder.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to never lose sight of your vision and dreams. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t achieve something, especially when your passion drives you. Take the time to understand your “why,” because that purpose will guide and sustain you through challenges.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the most significant challenges and opportunities in the compliance field today is influencing organizational culture and driving meaningful behavioral change. Policies alone don’t shift behavior, people do. A strong compliance culture requires more than documentation; it depends on how consistently expectations are communicated, demonstrated, and reinforced across all levels of the organization.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are staying true to myself, persevering through challenges, and prioritizing patient-centered care. I also value creating a safe and supportive environment for all and leading in a way that is meaningful, empowering, and impactful for those around me.
