About Hope
She is a martial arts, personal safety, self-defense, fitness training, and entrepreneurship professional with experience in Taekwondo instruction, personal training, corporate group fitness, self-defense fitness, Hatha yoga, Pilates, body sculpting, and wellness coaching. She currently serves as Owner and Master Instructor at White Tiger Taekwondo and works as a Personal Trainer with the School of Fitness and Nutrition. Her background also includes entrepreneurship through My Fashion Passion Place and Git Fit Qwik, along with volunteer service in praise and worship at Christian Life Church.
