Her Interview
Ten minutes with Ifra
01What do you attribute your success to?
My husband's been very supportive... he kind of pushed me, he's like, keep going... having family support in the back as well, like, my mom wants my son was born taking care of the kid, so I can attend my classes
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't give up. I know things get hard... after getting married, going back to college, and then having two kids along the way, while I complete my associate and bachelor's degree, it was hard... keep going, because once you keep going, you will keep pushing yourself, and you will find the things that you will love
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Biggest challenges is like client management... TikTok shop, not everybody understands it... making sure they actually understand the process and educating part... Everybody wants to see results like in 30 days, 60 days... it does take time and effort to build something
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I think both ways, I prefer honesty. I don't like people even like anybody, whether that's professionally or personally, try to be like fake about something... I'd rather to have people tell me that, hey, I don't like this A, B, C, and D because of whatever reason, and we talk about it, and we get to a solution
