What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to figure out what you truly enjoy and why. This is important as your WHY is what will be the catalyst for your to keep going when you face set-backs. And you will face set-backs in life, love and in business.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the saturation of the coaching industry. With so many voices and sources offering similar services it gets harder for clients to discern what’s truly valuable and authentic.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity is the most important value to me—both in my work and personal life—because staying true to who I am allows me to experience and learn from life in the most honest and meaningful way.
