What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to growth. I’ve learned to trust my instincts, stay curious, and show up fully, especially on the days when it would have been easier not to. I believe success is built through long-term discipline, strong relationships, and a genuine desire to make an impact.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Someone once told me: ‘Don’t wait to be chosen—choose yourself.’ That mindset shift changed everything. It taught me to speak up, step forward, and create opportunities instead of waiting for them.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Say yes to opportunities before you feel ready. Every step forward teaches you something new, and growth rarely comes wrapped in comfort. Take the seat at the table even if your hands are shaking.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in our field is the gap between companies’ sustainability goals and their operational reality. Many organizations want to reduce waste, improve reporting, and increase diversion but struggle with fragmented vendors, inconsistent processes, and limited visibility.
The opportunity lies in building scalable, turnkey solutions that make sustainability easier, faster, and more cost-effective. Companies are ready for innovation; they just need partners who can execute.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In my personal and professional life, I’m driven by family, purpose, and community. I want my work to reflect who I am at my core, someone who leads with heart, supports others, and builds a legacy my daughter can look up to.
