Ilse Mehta, CMP

Ilse Mehta, CMP, is a workplace experience and events professional serving as an Executive Experience Manager with JLL, supporting Google’s executive workplace environments in Mountain View, California. Her career centers on creating thoughtful, engaging, and high-quality experiences that help people connect, collaborate, and feel welcomed in the workplace. Before her current role, she worked at Google PartnerPlex, where she coordinated executive meetings and provided high-touch hospitality for senior leaders and key partners. She also brings extensive experience in corporate events, catering, event marketing, registration technology, and creative event management.

Throughout her career, Ilse has demonstrated a talent for combining organization, creativity, technology, and relationship-building to deliver memorable experiences. She is particularly passionate about bringing together teams and workplace partners that may otherwise operate separately, helping create a more consistent and positive experience for employees, clients, executives, and third parties. Beyond her corporate career, Ilse is the founder of Poppy Delights, a business specializing in custom-branded treats and sweets for Bay Area organizations.
