01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to think beyond where I am today and focus on where I want to be five years from now. I make sure to continuously develop my skills, pursue certifications, and prepare early for the goals I want to achieve.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay positive, become fluent in AI technologies, and never be afraid to start at the beginning. AI is becoming part of every workplace, so developing those skills can help you stay competitive. Be willing to learn, put in the time, and work toward your goals—there is always room for growth.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge right now is limited funding, which requires us to be creative and resourceful. With companies downsizing, we need to create welcoming, engaging, and collaborative work environments without spending excessively. Bringing people back to the office also means finding new ways to make the workplace comfortable, enjoyable, and worth coming in for.
