What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the foundation I received attending an all-girls high school and growing up in Los Angeles, California. These experiences instilled in me a strong sense of ambition, confidence, and community. As a professional dancer and cheerleader for the Los Angeles Rams, and now as a Social Media Manager, I strive to express gratitude through my work and give back to others while pursuing my passions in communications.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. This principle has guided me to embrace opportunities with determination and confidence, knowing that commitment and perseverance can turn goals into accomplishments.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to go for it wholeheartedly. Find something you love and dedicate yourself to mastering it. Passion combined with determination is the key to success.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities I’m pursuing is completing my PhD, which represents both a personal and professional milestone. Balancing advanced education with a dynamic career presents challenges, but it also allows for significant growth and the ability to make a meaningful impact in my field.

The values I hold most important are hard work, integrity, and the ability to find joy in what I do. I strive to approach every endeavor with dedication while maintaining balance and fulfillment, embodying the qualities of a strong, successful woman.
